CBC and THC were detected at 0.5mg/capsule and 0.2mg/capsule, respectively.

While the concentration was slightly below the advertised amount, the actual concentration was well within reason.

Our team believes 15mg of CBD on the low end for sleep, as most available research indicates that higher amounts of CBD help induce sleep.

However, the addition of 2mg of melatonin—a reasonable and ideal amount by available studies—gives these capsules a chance to be effective.
